Refund/Exchange Policy Absolutely no refunds are allowed. All items are sold �as is�, including but not limited to custom orders, branded lines, and final sales items. Replacement(s) is/are applicable ONLY when the item(s) is/are defective on our part. Any request for replacement must be made within 7 days from the purchased date of the item(s). Please carefully inspect your purchase upon receipt. Exchange/Credit. We welcome any exchange or store credit on merchandise of equal or greater value, provided that the original merchandise is accompanied with the sales receipt and is presented within 7 days of the original sale date. Item(s) must be unworn and returned to us in their original purchase condition. We reserve the right to charge restocking fees, up to 30% of the invoiced price less the sales tax. DIAMONDS UPGRADE POLICY Hung Phat Diamonds & Jewelry offers diamonds upgrade policy. We will credit up to 70% of the original purchased price. Our upgrade policy only applies to diamonds purchased from us. DIAMONDS & OTHER GEMSTONES The customer herein agrees, upon purchase and/or receipt of merchandise, to any and all descriptions said diamond(s) or/and other gemstone(s) jewelry as stated on the front of this receipt or accompanying certificate (such as clarity, color, cut, and polish). The clarity of the stone(s) shall be determined by optical equipment with magnification power of 10x as suggested by the Gemological Institute of America. WAIVER OF LIABILITIES Hung Phat Diamonds & Jewelry shall take all reasonable precautions and utilize the utmost care in the handling of any stone received for setting. However, due to the nature of the product and the existing physical conditions of the stone(s), breakage of or damage to the stone(s) may occur. By signing of this receipt, customer agrees to preclude any and all responsibilities on Hung Phat Diamonds & Jewelry�s part of such damages or breakages. Should any breakage of or damage to the stone(s) occurs for any reason, Hung Phat Diamonds & Jewelry shall pay no more than the full fee of re-cutting the stone(s) at Hung Phat Diamonds & Jewelry�s choice of facility or in cash of no more than $30 USD per carat. DISPUTE RESOLUTIONS Customer concerns can be resolved through Hung Phat Diamonds & Jewelry Customer Services. Should the issue(s) is/are not resolved, Hung Phat Diamonds & Jewelry reserves the rights of legal options, which to include but not limited to choice of arbitration, collection, jurisdiction, or/and venues. Should litigation arise, the prevailing party shall be reimbursed attorneys fees and all associated costs.
